We’re really happy with the job Top Star Air Pros did. Henry and Johnny cleaned our system and were professional and thorough. From the initial quote to the follow-up afterward, they were easy to work with. The house feels cleaner, and the air feels fresh. Thank you, Henry and Johnny! We’d definitely recommend Top Star Air Pros.

Pedro is very professional and knows what he is doing. His crew replaced all my HVAC boots and installed a new return in under 3 hours at a fair price. Highly reccomend

The technicians delivered high quality service to clean my dryer that vents to the roof. They came within a couple days of my request. Although I have only been in my home a few year, the dryer vent had apparently never been cleaned demonstrated by petrified lint near the roof exit. The amount of lint was high, and they did a decent job of cleaning it up after cleaning with only a small amount of lint left on my roof. The price was a little higher due to the longer run and having and amount of lint found, but I appreciate the fast professional service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I highly recommend Top Star Air Pros. I noticed some mold buildup in my HVAC plenum box and wanted to make sure my system was properly cleaned and sanitized. From the beginning, they made the whole process easy and gave me confidence that the job was being done right.

Henry came out for the initial inspection and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he found, what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured.

Pedro and Jerry came out to do the actual work, and I couldn’t be happier with how they handled everything. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the duct system and plenum box, took care of the mold issue, and installed a UV light to help prevent future growth. They were respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up when they were finished.

I really appreciate the communication and professionalism from everyone I dealt with. It’s nice to have peace of mind knowing my HVAC system was properly cleaned and treated.

Thank you to Henry, Pedro, Jerry, and everyone at Top Star Air Pros. Great work and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Only company I truly trusted to do work on my house. Henry came for a quote a year ago and he was nice and very professional. I had 2 other companies come for a quote and they left a mess and quoted me 2 to 3x more for less work than this company. I waited to save up money and called Top Star Air again to come and help me. Henry and Johnny were very kind. Henry was knowledgeable and explained everything to me before doing it. He was honest, unlike the guys from the other 2 companies. And they didnt leave my home a mess at all, which I truly appreciate. I'd definitely call for the company for Henry and Johnny again. Thank you, guys!

This company helped me out with the best prices for the work being done and they worked with my budget. Pedro, Jerry, Henry and Johnny all were good workers and did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves

My first experience of getting my air ducts cleaned was phenomenal. Pedro explained exactly how the process was along with a demonstration. Each duct was cleaned & hand washed along with sanitizing & roto brushing. Pedro & Jerry were exceptionally kind and courteous during the entire process. There was no cell phone stopping to talk; strictly devoted working. They called before & arrived on time. I had a carbon UVL light installed to help eliminate future mold ect. I had 3 other estimates however, because of Pedro' & Jerry's demeanor I felt confident in letting those two complete the job. Hats off to "Top Pro" & the team!👌👏👏👏

Ben (supervisor, very impressive) gave me an estimate that was half of what another company had quoted for cleaning out our attic duct work. He said we didn't need a lot of the "upsell" in the other quote. Ben showed me what he thought we needed versus not; he took a lot of pictures and sent them to me. He also added a couple of minor items to his quote at no charge.

On the day, Pedro (technician, young guy, very sharp) called ahead to let me know that he and a helper (didn't get his name) were inbound. They got in and out quickly. Pedro showed me what they'd done and explained. He took lots of pictures and a couple of videos and sent them to me. Ben dropped by to check on things.

I asked Pedro if Top Star also did HVAC work (our longtime guy retired). He said no but he'd send me a name.

I've put them on my calendar for biennial (every two years) maintenance visits.

Job went very well from the initial trip for Henry & Johhny to review & provide a written estimate to the post job cleanup and wipe down. (Even put foot coverings on for the estimate walk through)

Work included cleaning the AC plenum areas, to removing the vents/registers in the individual rooms. Furniture and flooring were covered to keep things clean of any dirt and debris. The time estimate was also spot on and they were prompt at providing day before reminders, an "on the way" notification, up to the actual arrival time.

Very positive impressions of the work that was done and look forward to experiencing the improvement in air quality.
